1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the baji8 website accessible at https://baji8.bio and all associated services, products, games, and tools offered therein.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Platform and is using its services.
• "Account" refers to the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration on baji8.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held within a Player's baji8 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits granted by baji8, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sports event, casino game, or any other product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures used to confirm a Player's identity and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory where access to online gambling platforms is legally restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on baji8, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference herein.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and baji8 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use baji8, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. baji8 operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit access by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and automated agents are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by baji8 or any third-party responsible gaming scheme.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your country or territory of residence.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close associate of baji8 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.

baji8 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account on baji8, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address or mobile number.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active registered account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms. baji8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances following investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. baji8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately secure your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify baji8 immediately by contacting our support team via live chat. We will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

baji8 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with our internal anti-money laundering policies. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name)

Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC completion. baji8 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where satisfactory verification cannot be completed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

baji8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your baji8 Balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant institution.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. baji8 reserves the right to require matching deposit and withdrawal methods where technically feasible.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, maintenance, or pending KYC review.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal

A minimum withdrawal threshold applies to all accounts. The current minimum is displayed in your account dashboard at the time of request. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed until the balance meets or exceeds this amount.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, baji8 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion details.
• baji8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or exploitation of system errors will be forfeited and the relevant accounts may be suspended.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

baji8 reserves the right to request verification that any bonus has been claimed in accordance with the applicable terms prior to processing a related withdrawal.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Conduct

All bets placed on baji8 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. It is the Player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

baji8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the bet is placed after the event has commenced, where the odds were published in error, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, baji8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Player accounts. Winnings generated from a manifest error will not be honoured and will be removed from the Player's Balance.

7.4 Live Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief processing delay to allow for network latency. baji8 does not guarantee the acceptance of any in-play bet and reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures
• Money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to use baji8 for the purpose of processing illegal funds
• Providing false personal information during registration or the KYC process
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another person in doing so
• Exploiting errors in software, pricing, or game logic to gain an unfair advantage
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party without their knowledge or consent
• Any conduct that constitutes match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corruption of sporting outcomes

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the baji8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software code, game assets, and the overall presentation and design, is the intellectual property of baji8 or its content licensors. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of baji8.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

baji8's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

baji8 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We recommend that you maintain appropriate security software on your device.

11 Privacy

baji8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Responsible Gaming

baji8 does not permit gambling by individuals under the age of 21. Players who are found to be under the required age will have their accounts closed and any associated funds will be returned after deducting losses incurred during the period of underage access.

13 Termination and Suspension

baji8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time and without prior notice if, in our reasonable judgment, the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

In the event of termination for cause, baji8 may withhold the Player's Balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, any verified real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money Balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

baji8 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered contact details.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13 above.
